China 30 : Ringing in the ear which becomes worse if the ear is lightly touched but diminishes on giving hard pressure on the ear. Painless diarrhoea only at night is another important feature.

Kali iod 30 : Noises in the ear with boring pain. The person feels better in open air.

Salicylic acid 30 : Roaring and ringing in the ears associated with deafness and vertigo (giddiness). The victim finds it difficult to maintain balance and tends to fall to the left side.
