This is because fruits tend to fill the stomach faster, which makes you eat less of high calorie foods. Your total calorie consumption in a day is naturally reduced with a diet full of fruit and vegetables. And to make your diet more interesting, all you have to do is to change your variety of fruits in your diet.

So it can be seen that there are lots of health benefits with eating fruits. You find that it helps you in your weight control endeavors, and also provides you with more energy that will be required for exercising. Fruits also offer a reduced risk of the development of cardiovascular diseases and the development of cancers.

Introducing fruits in your diet also helps in reducing blood pressure and cholesterol. There is also a reduced chance of you developing type 2 diabetes if you eat more of fruits. Once all these diseases are controlled with fruits, they can also be used to slow down your aging process.

If you find eating fruits as it is to be a bore and chore in your diet, you could add some dried fruits to your breakfast cereal or eat an apple before leaving for work. If you prepare salads, prepare sufficient for a few days. Drink more of fruit juices and if you have workouts, eat a small fruit half an hour before and after the workout.
