Herpes Zoster (Shingles)

A viral disease of the nervous system, characterised by skin-vesicles and pain along the course of a peripheral nerve.

Check if most symptoms of any of the below-given medicines match with most of your symptoms:

Arsenic 30 : Pus-filled, dark vesicles with severe burning and itching, which lessens with warm applications. On scratching, the vesicles discharge a fluid with offensive, cadaveric odour. Restlessness, inexplicable debility and fear (of death) are other features of this medicine.

Ranunculus 30 : Herpes, especially of the chest. There are bluish vesicles with intense itching and burning which get worse from touch or cold air.

Rhus tox 30 : Herpes, especially of the genitals, during monsoon or winter. There are yellowish vesicles on the affected part of skin with much itching. The victim is restless, hardly able to keep still.
