Pain in the calves is a common problem. Cramps (spasm-) of calf-muscles is common during early pregnancy and in swimmers.

Cuprum met 30 : Cramps in calf muscles, especially at night, associated with sweetish taste in the mouth and excessive saliva.
Cuprum ars 30 : Cramps in calves, worse after midnight, only relieved by getting out of bed and standing. The urine has a garlicky odour.
Mag phos 30 : Pain / cramps in the right calf, in the evening from 4 to 9 p.m. The pain is relieved by hot applications, massage or hard pressure.
