Chicken pox is the disease which comes usually in children and some bumps appear in this disease. This gets well in a week but it leaves some scars on the face as well as on body. The scars are permanent and remain forever on the face. They are practically impossible to remove. Yet some treatments are there.

  1. Sand-paper surgery: This is an expensive surgery and is not available everywhere. It usually available outside India and is rare here. It includes a lot of small operations on the skin and is very painful. Due to high degree pain and high cost, this is not recommended. Also it requires a lot of care and specialty. Hence, should be done by a regular and skilled specialist.
  2. Skin peeling: This is also a practice which is used to remove poke marks from body. In this process different kinds of pastes are used on skin. The skin is peeled off and new skin does not contain scars. Again this specialist’s task and need a lot of care.
  3. You can use deep cleansing milk in night before sleeping and apply a nourishing cream. This will reduce the marks.
